Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item you should report to us immediately (24hrs) and send us the pictures of the item you have received with the packing sheet and outer box. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of receiving the package however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at buy@perfumedirectlondon.co.uk.
