Standard Delivery (Free) Free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays) and delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch. Priority orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT on a working day will be processed the same day and delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Priority orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT, over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day, with delivery taking 2 to 3 working days from that dispatch date.

Express Delivery Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Express orders placed before 1pm on a working day are typically delivered the next working day.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order status at any time.

Signature Required Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If you are unavailable, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local sorting office.

Failed & Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

Rural Areas Delivery may take slightly longer for customers in remote or rural locations.

Delays During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), delivery times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Packaging Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment. We can only dispatch to the address selected at checkout. To ship to an alternate address, please update your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

At Perfumez Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. 

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return and full refund: Items must be unused, unopened, in original sellable condition, and in original packaging with all factory seals intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours at buy@perfumedirectlondon.co.uk. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full replacement or refund upon return inspection.

Sale & Discounted Items Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for return under the exact same conditions as full-priced items (within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging). If any item is non-refundable or "Final Sale," this status will be clearly displayed on the product page prior to purchase.

Exchanges We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. The fastest and most efficient way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund under our return policy and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is authorised.
