FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are the products that you sell authentic?
Yes, all the products we sell are 100% genuine. We do not deal with counterfeit or fake products. We offer the same brand-name designer fragrances you would find in major retail department stores. In the case of any unboxed or damaged items we sell, the only difference is the outer packaging, not the product itself.
What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Extrait de Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The differences between these fragrances lie in the concentration of perfume oils. Here’s a breakdown:
Pure Perfume (Parfum): The highest concentration of fragrance oils, typically lasting the longest.
Extrait de Parfum: Slightly less concentrated than pure perfume but still quite strong.
Eau de Parfum (EDP): A high concentration of fragrance oils, but lighter than Extrait de Parfum. Typically lasts around 4-8 hours.
Eau de Toilette (EDT): A lighter concentration of fragrance oils, often lasting 3-5 hours.
Eau de Cologne (EDC): The least concentrated, often used in men’s fragrances, lasting around 2-4 hours.
Solid Perfume: Offers a similar concentration to pure perfume, but in a gel-like form.
The higher the concentration of oils, the longer the fragrance lasts, and the less you need to apply.
What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
The only difference between splash and spray perfumes is the method of application. The fragrance itself is identical. A spray bottle, being sealed, may have a longer shelf life compared to a splash bottle. The choice between the two depends on personal preference.
What perfumes and fragrances last the longest?
In general, Eau de Parfum tends to last the longest due to its higher concentration of fragrance oils. It is more concentrated compared to Eau de Toilette or body sprays, which typically have lower concentrations and may last a shorter period. Eau de Toilette usually contains about half the concentration of perfume oil found in Eau de Parfum.
What is a miniature perfume?
Miniature perfumes are smaller-sized bottles, typically ranging from 0.05 oz (5ml) to 0.15 oz (15ml). They are convenient for travel, work, or as a cost-effective way to test a fragrance over an extended period.
