Packaging and Shipping:
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment.
We can only dispatch to the address selected at checkout. To ship to an alternate address, please update your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Additional Notes:
Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. Therefore, next day delivery won't be possible in these instances.

RETURNS & REFUND
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
If the product is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange for the item.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item you should report to us immediately (24hrs) and send us the pictures of the item you have received with the packing sheet and outer box. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it will be processed within 14 working days.
