Delivery Timescales:

• Free Standard Delivery : 3-5 working days.

• £4.95 Express Delivery 1-2 Working Days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery & Tracking:

Signature Required: Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

Missed Delivery: If you're unavailable to receive the package, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local sorting office.

Packaging and Shipping:

Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment.

We can only dispatch to the address selected at checkout. To ship to an alternate address, please update your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day.

Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer for customers in remote locations.
