Some orders may require additional processing time (3-4 days) before dispatch. You will be notified if your order falls into this category.
Delivery Timescales:
- Standard Delivery : 3-5 working days
- Extended Delivery : 6-9 or 6-12 working days (specified at checkout)
- Expedited Delivery: Available for selected items, delivery within 2-3 days (additional cost applies).
Dispatch Confirmation:
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging and Shipping:
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment.
We can only dispatch to the address selected at checkout. To ship to an alternate address, please update your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Additional Notes:
Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. Therefore, next day delivery won't be possible in these instances.
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Estimates: While we strive for these timelines, delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer for customers in remote locations.

RETURNS & REFUND
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item you should report to us immediately (24hrs) and send us the pictures of the item you have received with the packing sheet and outer box. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it will be processed within 14 working days.
