All orders will be dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of being placed, with most orders being dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked will typically take 3-5 working days for our FREE delivery service to deliver by the Royal Mail.For an additional cost, you can have your delivery expedited and receive it within 2 to 3 days (Available on Selected items).
You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been dispatched every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you. We can only dispatch items to the address you select as your shipping address upon checkout. If you would like your item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the additional address to your before making the purchase.
Some items will take 3-6 working days or 6-9 working days to be delivered by the Royal Mail it will be notified at the checkout.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If you need an item in a rush or require a secure tracked service then optional shipping upgrades are available at checkout at an extra cost.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. (excluding Public Holidays). We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
After receiving the item, if any customers make a false claim the information will be passed on to the delivery company. At the end of the investigation, if it was proven that the customer has made a false claim, their details with postcode will be shared with other couriers and also with local authorities. Please bear in mind, this may affect all your future deliveries from UK & Europe retailers.
RETURNS & REFUND
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item you should report to us immediately (24hrs) and send us the pictures of the item you have received with the packing sheet and outer box. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it will be processed within 14 working days.
