Delivery Timescales:

• Standard Delivery : 3-5 working days
• Extended Delivery : 6-9 or 6-12 working days (specified at checkout)
• Expedited Delivery: Available for selected items, delivery within 2-3 days (additional cost applies).

Next Day Delivery (Available on Selected Items):

Enjoy the convenience of receiving your order the next working day for just £8.99 per order! However, some important details to keep in mind:

Items Eligible: Next day delivery is only available on selected items.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, to qualify for next day delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

All next day delivery orders are tracked via Royal Mail.

You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Signature Required: Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

Missed Delivery: If you're unavailable to receive the package, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local sorting office.

Dispatch Confirmation:

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging and Shipping:

Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment.

We can only dispatch to the address selected at checkout. To ship to an alternate address, please update your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Additional Notes:

Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. Therefore, next day delivery won't be possible in these instances.

Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer for customers in remote locations.
